Initial Ascent is confident that our products will meet and exceed your expectations. We test our products to failure so you don't have to. We offer a 100% 1 year limited warranty for any material defects and workmanship to the original purchaser. For any damages outside of normal wear, we can repair it at a reasonable cost.
However, our Integrous and Invictus Frames have a Guaranteed Lifetime Warranty. If anything happens to it, send it back and we will replace it for you. Please submit warranty requests through the portal here.
RETURNS

We allow up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return any of our products. We understand the importance of making sure that our products fit you properly. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee so long as the product is in good resalable condition with no physical damage, stains, odor, etc...
If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we will either replace it or provide a refund, with the following terms and conditions:
- Full refund guarantee does not apply to shipping claims; orders damaged or lost by USPS, UPS, FedEx or other freight carriers.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you purchased redo, they will cover your return label. If not, you will be able to purchase your own label through the return portal.
- We reserve the right to have you return the original order, before replacing or refunding your order.
- This guarantee is limited to the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order.
