Took the Sawtooth Duffel out for its first true Alaska backcountry test, and it crushed it. I pushed it through bogs, heavy mud, and deep water crossings on the way to camp. Everything inside—clothes, dry layers, and gear—stayed completely dry thanks to the solid waterproofing. The bag held up perfectly under real abuse with no rips, seam failures, or leaks.
Once back at the house, I just hosed it off, let it dry, and it was ready to roll again the same day for my daily training. The versatile carry options (handles and removable padded shoulder straps) make it easy to switch between backcountry hauls and gym runs, while the organization and U-shaped zipper access kept everything quick to grab.

The 70L duffle worked out great and stood up to being treated tough. I really like that it has multiple compartments to separate dirty from clean clean clothes and store shoes without the dirt and smell getting to the clean clothes in the main compartment.

Love the duffel. Bought it specifically for my 2026 DIY fly-in Moose Hunt to carry more stuff overhead on the commercial airliner with the 40L size as well as the bush plane. Am using it for work to carry my workout gear and duty gear. Built like a tank and love the modularity of it. Highly recommend it. Might be a little pricier than some other similar sized waterproof duffels out there but those others in my personal opinion are not designed as well. I own a lot of IA gear and it never let's me down. Looking at getting the scout pack as well. Thanks again for taking care of military/first responders guys!!!
