Texture: Soft and akin to a granola bar. 

Nutrition: Less dense with carbohydrate and protein being the main nutrients. 

Prep: Simple.  Kyle recommends doubling the cinnamon and vanilla if you opt to reduce sugar content.  Recommended brown sugar, eggs, etc. will make it less crumbly. 

Travel: Good and shouldn’t break apart on you.  You can vac-seal them for a firmer bar.
